This Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled when you use the AnimeWallet iOS mobile application ("the App").

2. Information Stored Locally & iCloud Sync

All content you create or organize in AnimeWallet — including your anime watchlists, tracking progress, ratings, personal reviews, favorite characters, and preferences:

• Is stored directly on your physical device within the application's secure sandbox.
• Can optionally be synchronized securely across your Apple devices using your personal Apple iCloud account.
• We do not operate proprietary tracking servers for your private personal records. We do not have access to your personal iCloud credentials or private stored data.

3. Social Sharing & Community Features

AnimeWallet enables you to share your favorite anime titles, curated watchlists, recommendations, and reviews with friends and the community:

• User-Generated Content: When you choose to share a watchlist, post a review, or add friends, the associated content (such as your chosen display name, avatar, review text, and anime ratings) will be visible to the designated users or community.
• User Control: You have full control over what content you choose to share and can modify or delete your shared watchlists and reviews at any time.
• No Data Brokering: We never sell your social interactions or anime preferences to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies.

4. Anime Metadata & Third-Party APIs

To provide rich anime details, episode countdowns, character bios, and artwork:

• The App may retrieve public anime metadata from trusted anime databases and community APIs.
• These requests contain only the necessary query parameters (such as anime titles or IDs) required to fetch show information. No personally identifiable information (PII) is transmitted during metadata lookups.

5. Device Permissions

The App may request optional iOS system permissions to provide enhanced features:

• Notifications: Used solely to deliver timely alerts for upcoming anime episodes, watchlist reminders, or friend activity if explicitly enabled by you.
• Photo Library: Used solely if you choose to upload a custom profile picture or collection cover from your device's photo library.
• You may enable or disable these permissions at any time through your iOS Settings.

6. Analytics & Diagnostics

To ensure app stability and fix technical issues:

• We may utilize anonymous, aggregated diagnostic frameworks (such as Apple Crash Reporter).
• These diagnostics help identify crash logs, device hardware models, and iOS versions without containing personally identifiable information (PII).

AnimeWallet is designed for general audiences and anime enthusiasts. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
