Terms of Use for AnimeWallet

Effective Date: October 2026 App: AnimeWallet (iOS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the AnimeWallet iOS mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you must not use or access the App.

2. End User License Agreement

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the App solely on Apple-branded iOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not:

Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the App.
Distribute, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without explicit prior written authorization.
Use the App for any unlawful, harassing, or malicious purposes.

3. User Content & Community Guidelines

AnimeWallet allows users to create watchlists, write reviews, rate titles, and share recommendations with other users:

Ownership: You retain ownership of the content and reviews you create. By sharing content publicly or with friends within the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the App's social features.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to post content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene, infringing on third-party intellectual property rights, or otherwise unlawful.
Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any user content or restrict access to social features if user conduct violates these guidelines.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain premium features, customization themes, or enhanced social tools in AnimeWallet may require an optional in-app purchase or recurring subscription ("AnimeWallet Premium"):

Payment Processing: All transactions and billing are handled securely by Apple via your Apple ID account.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period via your Apple ID Account Settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are managed exclusively by Apple according to App Store refund policies.

5. Third-Party Metadata & Copyright Disclaimer

Anime titles, poster art, character names, synopses, and related metadata displayed in the App are the property of their respective creators, publishers, studios, and copyright holders:

AnimeWallet is an independent companion tracking utility designed for personal organization and community sharing.
AnimeWallet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any anime production company, publisher, or streaming service.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App — including but not limited to branding, UI designs, code, graphics, and documentation — are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our discretion. Any revisions will become effective immediately upon posting to this URL. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
